Terms of sale
They apply to the services, subscriptions and service fees sold by LocaDigital, in particular when they are paid online.

Scope
These terms of sale govern the sales concluded between LocaDigital SARL AU ("LocaDigital") and its customers, businesses or individuals: consulting, development, integration, support and maintenance services; subscriptions to LocaDigital software, including LocaFlotte and LocaWallet; booking fees and deposits collected by LocaDigital on the booking platforms it operates.
A quote, purchase order or signed contract may supplement these terms; where they conflict, the specific document prevails. Any payment implies acceptance of the terms in force on its date.
Orders
Custom services are subject to a written quote, which states how long it remains valid. The order is firm when the quote is signed or when the deposit it requires is paid.
Subscriptions and service fees payable online are described, with their price, on the page where payment is offered. The order is firm once the payment is accepted; LocaDigital sends a confirmation by email.
Prices
Prices are in Moroccan dirhams (MAD). The quote, payment page or invoice states whether they exclude or include taxes.
The amount charged is the one displayed at the time of payment.
Secure online payment
Online payment is made by Visa or Mastercard bank card. It is processed by Payzone, a payment service provider, on its secure page: encrypted connection and 3-D Secure authentication with the cardholder's bank.
LocaDigital never has access to card numbers: it only receives the reference and the outcome of the transaction.
The order is paid when Payzone confirms the payment authorisation. If the payment is declined, no amount is charged and the order is not confirmed.
Services ordered on a quote may also be paid by the other means stated on the quote or invoice.
Booking platforms
On the vehicle booking platforms operated by LocaDigital, when the online payment is a booking fee, that fee pays for LocaDigital's service and is collected and invoiced by LocaDigital. The rental price is then paid to the agency, under its own terms.
On the websites of partner rental agencies for which LocaDigital provides online booking, such as LocaTour Saiss, the 10% deposit paid online is collected by LocaDigital SARL AU and deducted from the rental price; the balance is paid to the agency, under its terms. The agency's terms set out how the deposit is cancelled and refunded.
In all cases, the agency alone is responsible for the vehicle and the rental contract. The terms shown on each platform supplement these terms of sale.
Performance
Services ordered on a quote are performed according to the schedule in the quote or contract. A subscription gives access to the service as soon as the payment is confirmed, for the period paid.
Right of withdrawal
Consumers have seven days from the order to withdraw, without giving reasons or paying any penalty, by writing to [email protected], in accordance with Moroccan law no. 31-08 on consumer protection measures.
This right does not apply to a service whose performance began, at the customer's request, before the end of this period. Business customers do not have this right: the cancellation terms are those of the quote or contract.
Cancellation and refunds
Cancellation or refund requests should be sent to [email protected] or made by phone on +212 7 08 07 00 40, with the payment reference.
An accepted refund is credited to the card used for the payment within fifteen days at most, free of charge. When it appears on the statement depends on the customer's bank.

Personal data
The data needed for the order and payment is used to fulfil the order, issue invoices and meet LocaDigital's accounting obligations. Card data is processed by Payzone only.

Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by Moroccan law. In the event of a dispute, the parties first seek an amicable solution.
Failing that, disputes with business customers fall under the Commercial Court of Casablanca. Consumers may refer the matter to the court that has jurisdiction under law no. 31-08.
